Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you're unsure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located next to the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I change my order?

We totally understand, everyone changes their mind sometimes! We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed to ensure fast delivery, so changes aren’t always possible. That said, email us at hey@scarrthelabel.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin preparing your order soon after it’s placed, so cancellations aren’t always an option. If something went wrong or you need help, contact us as quickly as possible at hey@scarrthelabel.com, we’ll do everything we can to assist.

Shipping & Payments

Where do you ship from?

We prepare and ship orders from locations in the EU, UK and US. Your order is routed to the nearest facility to ensure fast and reliable delivery. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability but you’ll receive tracking details for each package if that happens.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is made just for you. Orders usually ship within 1–5 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

These are our current shipping times:

  • Europe - 4 to 8 business days
  • UK - 3 to 6 business days
  • US - 5 to 7 business days

Please keep in mind that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. While we do our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been produced and you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, not at the time of purchase.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Each piece is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll replace it right away at no extra cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right with your order, whether it arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, let us know right away. We’ll make it right and send a replacement at no extra cost.
